This charming fully furnished direct holiday let was erected for us in 1996 and has been used exclusively by our family until 2012 at which point we decided to invite a small number of holiday makers and golfers to share the beautiful surroundings of Castlerock.

It is just a few minutes’ walk from what is arguably one of the most beautiful beaches on the Causeway coast and within easy walking distance from Downhill Forest, Downhill House, Mussenden Temple and the railway line linking it to Derry/Londonderry, Coleraine, Portrush, Portstewart, Ballymena and Belfast.

So whether you are looking for a furnished holiday let to have a relaxing holiday on the beach doing nothing or want to make the most of the local fishing, surfing, gliding, para-gliding, horse riding or cycling etc. This causeway coast rental house is well placed to take advantage of them all, it also offers fantastic value as open golf accommodation for the 2012 golf open in Royal Portrush Golf Club.

This direct holiday let property is within easy reach by car of the Giants Causeway, Bushmills distillery, the 2012 golf Open at Royal Portrush golf course, the North West 200 motorbike races and Inishowen Peninsula in Co Donegal is a short ferry ride away via Magilligan (10 minutes down the road by car).

This Causeway coast holiday let enjoys far reaching sea views from the reception area on the first floor and a glass balcony to make the most of sunny days. The spacious parking area allows for several cars to be parked at one time and the village amenities are a 2 minute walk away. It also has a patio area where you can enjoy a barbeque while entertaining your friends and family.

It's a two storey split level detached property with two double bedrooms to the lower floor, one with an en-suite shower/WC and one with an en-suite WC. To the upper floor is an open plan reception/kitchen area with a twin bedroom and the main bathroom/WC.

The reception room is comfortably furnished with sofas, a glass fronted gas fire, satellite TV and a 40” flat screen TV. There is also a freezer, separate fridge and a washing machine. As far as causeway coast rentals go this has to be one of the best!
